# **Chatti Acceptable Use Policy**

This document is provided in several languages. In case of any discrepancy, the English version is the authoritative text.

## **1. Introduction**

This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our [Terms of Service](https://chatti.tn/terms-of-service). By using the Service, you agree to comply with it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you are under 16 or if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

## **2. Prohibited Content and Conduct**

You must not use the Service to:

- Violate any applicable law or a court order.
- Create, upload, or share child sexual abuse material or otherwise exploit or harm minors.
- Create or share non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Distribute malware, steal credentials, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Evade or attempt to evade our safeguards, filters, or rate limits.
- Impersonate any person or organization.
- Harass, threaten, or promote hate against any person or group.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Scrape or crawl the Service without our permission.
- Send spam or unsolicited advertising.

## **3. AI-Specific Rules**

When using AI features, you must not:

- Submit prompts intended to generate prohibited content.
- Attempt to jailbreak the models or override safety controls.
- Submit inputs you do not have the rights to submit.
- Use outputs in a way that violates the law or the applicable provider terms.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

## **4. Enforcement**

If you violate this policy, we may remove content, warn you, throttle, suspend, or terminate your access, and we may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.

If your access is limited or your account is suspended, you may appeal by contacting us at [contact@chatti.tn](mailto:contact@chatti.tn). We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable time.

We apply rate limits and fair-use protections to keep the Service available and reliable for everyone. These limits may change, and we may throttle, queue, or temporarily restrict usage that is excessive or that affects other users.
